How much does a website cost?

MoneyThe cost of a website depends on the number of pages within the site, the amount of graphics within the site, and the amount of hours needed to program the site. A basic promotional website with a pre-designed template starts at $750. PMJ Design only charges you for the actual hours that we spend to develop your site. The advantages of having a content management system installed on your website is that you can optionally maintain and update your website after development and be relieved of monthly maintenance fees. Required additional costs include registration of your domain name (approximately $20 per year) and hosting fees (approximately $100 per year).

 
How long does it take to get a website published?
The more complicated a website is, the longer it takes to be published. A simple, basic website from a pre-developed template can be published within weeks. It's advisable to prepare your site map and content, establish the colors you would like to use, and gather your images prior to engaging in the development of a website. Preparing content for a website is the most time-consuming aspect of building a website. Preparing your site map and content ahead of time will shorten the publishing time-frame considerably.

Then, you'll be able to edit your content, add articles, add products, etc., all within a simple web form. Access your site from anywhere. You'll have the option to maintain the website yourself and avoid monthly maintenance fees, or we can do the updates for you.
